Good intentions.. but.


Each night I go to bed and plan what I’m going to eat for the next day, how I’m going to move my body and what I want to think when I wake up so I can begin my day in gratitude. However, when the morning comes I’m tired grumpy and sluggish. I take my lunch to work but I either eat it and eat off plan too or throw it away as it’s not ‘satisfying’ and then when I get home I binge! Then, when I go to bed I do it all over again…and the morning comes around again. I have watched the Stop Overeating course and I know intellectually what to do, but I can’t seem to honor the decisions I make. Need some advice please. I want to lose 45kg.
