I think the distinction that I want to make sure I don’t fall into is labeling foods as good or bad, but the protocol seems to lean towards all sugar and flour as “bad”. This label doesn’t seem to give a healthy relationship to food. I know you will say that my relationship with food is all about what I am thinking about these foods, so perhaps, I don’t think about them as good or bad. I can think that these foods just are what they are and I chose not to eat them because I want to be the healthiest version of myself. No food is good or bad ever, just good or bad thoughts about these foods…yes?? KW
BTW, I want to make a program about organize your mind and organize your life someday…..sooooooo excited for October. I’m an LCS junkie, donate about 1 bag to goodwill per week and a label maker crazy mama!
