T- That’s a lot. I must be buffering. This might be harmful. I like this routine.

R-Caffeinated, Buffered, Enjoy feeling away and energized
Is this not a problem if I don’t want to change? If I’m thinking about it often then is my body asking me to change it? It seems like my brain has decided it because of lack of energy before I figured out this works for me.
T – It’s not a lot, I’ve heard 3 cups is safe and healthy, I’ve tried that and I don’t feel energized for half of the days. Suck it up?
