Are there any tools or concepts you can recommend that help you get back to work after losing someone/ whilst you’re grieving?
I work for myself so can go back whenever I want really- I think that is where I am struggling. Work isn’t that busy so there’s no external pressure really. I don’t have any employees either. It’s been a couple of months now and feel I should go back. I think it may help me to feel better perhaps, but right now I’m struggling to see what the point is.
