Just a note to say how easy peasy grocery shopping is for me now! I’ve been on a protocol of no flour/no sugar/no snacks/IF for 12 weeks now. I feel SO good and have lost 16 pounds. No more checking points values of food labels in the grocery store for me – I simply don’t buy those foods anymore – and I don’t MISS them. I can’t believe how little time it takes me to shop now – I’m so efficient and walk out of the store with my head held high, feeling like a grocery shopping badass! Yay! And thank you, Brooke!!
