When a relationship goes in opposite directions and one person is still living 20 years in the past, and the other person is growing and moving forward, not sure how the two persons can live in the same relationship . It seems to occur in not just romantic relations but also in friendships. So curious how the one that is growing continues with a relationship. Yes, I see my thoughts here however, not sure how to stay in either relationship.
