Grumpy morning downloads

I have been doing thought downloads each morning all through February. I have to say my default morning thoughts are pretty grumpy and negative – a lot around being tired, aches and pains and avoidance of the to do list. The negative thoughts all pass pretty quickly and I get on with my day, but I’m wondering whether these initial thoughts of the day will change or whether I need to take action to try and change or affect my thought downloads in the morning? Or should I move the downloads to another time of day?
