Guilt about food


I am trying to lose weight, not overeat and eat only within my meal plan. But today was a hectic day with errands and work etc. and I didn’t feel like preparing anything and just wanted to buy some food from outside and eat that for dinner.
So my model was –
C: no food in the house that can be eaten as a meal (not sure if everyone would agree with that though)
T: I don’t have time to buy any groceries and prepare something right now so I’ll just buy something store-bought and prepared already.
F: lazy/uninterested/undetermined
A: go buy a wrap, overeat (the wrap was quite big but I didn’t want to throw away half of it or keep it away)
R: ?? Would it be that I did not block out some time to make a meal or found reasons as to why I don’t have time?
