Gummy Vitamins

I just started your program in July but have been listening to your podcasts for about 4 weeks and read your book “If I Am So Smart Why Can’t I Loose Weight? So I have been off sugar and flour for 3 weeks but I just realized a couple of days ago that the gummy vitamins that I take every morning are full of sugar. So I wasn’t really off sugar. Do I start over again tracking my time off sugar and flour to make sure it is out of my system?
