Handling Stress


I have never had a stressful life. Maybe stressful moments, but life is pretty peaceful. The last weeks and months I have experienced a lot of stress due to building and buying a condo, and now finally moving after months of related challenges. I have all “the tools” to shift my thought and work through it, but I was absorbed into it and it often affected me physically and emotionally. I feel as if I “know better” and am wondering if I could have handled it better so as not to have felt so much stress. I felt like it threw me off my game a bit, but also was a wakeup call to be more alert when “storms are passing”. How could I have handled it better?
