One of my evolutions to achieve my impossible goal (saving 150k in 2018) is to become as valuable as humanly possible at work. I have been successful (YAY!) and now have more people than I can handle clamoring for my services (I’m an internal coach and Training professional). Now, I’m struggling to figure out how to serve all the people that want my services- there is just not enough hours to meet everyone’s needs. My concern is that I don’t want people to turn negative b/c I don’t have the time to help. I’d love your business insights here.
