Why would someone NOT want to be or feel happy all the time? If we’re the ones who literally create our experience through our thought choices, why wouldn’t we want to feel the pleasant vibration of happiness all of the time if it feels good?
I guess that’s where I come to a brick wall with the model in my life. I find myself thinking I need to only choose thoughts that make any circumstance “positive”, or else I’m purposely choosing to suffer by thinking any other thought that would cause an emotion less pleasant. And who would do that?
