What does it mean to be happy at your job ? What are some examples of being happy at a job ?

I go to the 20 min sessions weekly but I am not grasping how to move toward the intentional model where I am happy at my job. I get that its my decision to decide what being happy means but I’m frustrated that I need to make this decision on my own without knowing what it means or looks like to be happy at a job. I learn best when someone shares examples on how they have reached a result.

When I first started learning to code, until I knew a few different ways to arrive at a solution to a problem, I spinned in fustration. Now knowing a few different ways to code and arrive at a solution has helped me create different solutions that provide the same result in less time or in a way that’s easier for the next person reading my code to understand.
