In Brooke’s coaching call, she pointed: Its not my job’s job to make me feel happy.
So if I am to feel happy regardless of my job, do I have to think happy thoughts?
What if I feel really unhappy because of the job/career that I have? It seems much harder to change just change the thought to something else to feel better.
My current thoughts are more on the line of “I really don’t like my job anymore.”
A better thought could be “I have a job.”
