There is a lot of backstory circumstances in my relationship with my not-yet ex-husband.

C: you are thinking that he is an a-hole so you are looking for confirmation – confirmation bias
T: she doesn’t believe me, understand, know the story.
F: Defensive, afraid
A: try to explain self
R: I’m not supporting myself?

T: I am being wise and history tells me to look out for manipulation
F: calm
A: tell self she doesn’t have to understand
R: stand by self, keep self safe
