hard time finding the feeling


I have a protocol and I eat at 11, 3, and 7.

Today i ate what was planned for 11, but instead of having a meal I planned at 3 I smacked. It was food that is “healthy” but not what I planned.

My thoughts were I’m too tired to make a meal- I’m not hungry for a full meal. I’ll just have some cheese and fruit instead.

I’m doing a model on it now and wondering is it tired? Justified? Desire? What do we do when we aren’t sure of the feeling driving the action?

Also wondering if there is another result I should use to get more awareness. Thanks!
