I’ve gained about 15 lbs since we relocated and I do a lot of FB lives for my coaching. Sometimes now I cringe when I look at my videos. I can see the extra weight in my face and in my arms. This typically makes me feel defeated which leads to eating the exact opposite of what I want to do and need to do to change my weight. I need some help for being able to look at myself and change the thought that it’s hard to look at myself with all the excess weight. Thanks.
