Loved your rant. I think I’m a hard worker at my day job at a non-profit. I’m also becoming a hard worker for my own business.
But how do you find a hard worker to hire? Any specific interview questions you use? or do you train/nurture them to become one? I’m finding more and more difficult to find someone who produce results over someone who puts tremendous effort and time “working”.
