C Scale has not gone down in 10 days
T Something’s wrong
F Uneasy
A Look for reasons I haven’t lost weight, question my protocol, ask unhelpful questions like “what am I doing wrong?”, feel wishy washy about protocol and leave room for interpretation
R I look for problems and find them
First of all, I can handle the feeling of “uneasy”. It’s a vibration in my body, and its not a particularly difficult one to feel.
And also, the truth is that I haven’t been precise with protocol, so I don’t know exactly what, if anything, needs to be changed. Here’s what I’m trying on:
C: Scale has not gone down in 10 days
T: I can handle the feeling of “uneasy” (self-confident)
T: This is part of the journey – everyone who has ever lost weight has had this happen. It’s not a problem (confident)
T: Being more precise with protocol will reveal to me what, if anything, needs to change (optimistic, determined)
T: I can figure ANYTHING out with data (confident)
T: I am committed to being 100% precise with protocol this week (committed)
All of these thoughts feel pretty good. The one I like the most right now is that “I can figure anything out with data”
C: Scale has not gone down in 10 days
T: I can figure ANYTHING out with data
F: Determined
A: Stick to protocol 100%, write down protocol meticulously, collect data like a scientist, get real curious about my body
R: I collect data and figure it out
Open to feedback!
