Having a hard coming up with a better thought that is helpful.


Trying to find a better thought that would be helpful. Something that is helpful and perhaps a little healing…
Let’s say your dog dies and it is you that caused his death. You ran him over with your car. It was an accident but you were looking at your phone when you hit him.
C: Dog is dead. You hit him with your car.
T: What is a better thought? It was an accident (believable but doesn’t feel super helpful) I did not mean to do this? (also believable, but doesn’t feel super helpful either.)
