Having A Hard Time Allowing Certain Urges

So I’m trying to create new beliefs about my ability to keep promises I make to myself and lose weight, and of course, I am also still making mistakes that fuel the old programming. I need to get to the bottom of why I lose track of myself when faced with a strong urge so I can build up more successes with staying on plan. A: eat the kettle corn quickly without pausing to allow the urge, don’t try to find out what’s going on until after the fact
R: I miss an opportunity to allow an urge
