Having a hard time figuring out what my intentional model should be


This is the current model
C- adult daughter creates noise late at night which keeps waking me up
T-she causes me to sleep badly
F-annoyed
A-I talk to her with an angry tone.
R- my relationship with her is suffering

Intentional (not sure if this is ok):
C: adult daughter creates noise late at night which keeps waking me up
T: My sleep is important for my wellbeing
F: Love (towards myself)
A: Say what I want firmly and kindly
R: set boundaries that work for me & not feel bad about it
