Having a lot of “should” thoughts


I find that I’ll clear up one area of my life and feel confident in it, and then I have a whole flood of “should” thoughts from other areas of my life.

For example:

I should be a better mom
I should be spending more time doing this Scholars work
I should spend more time on my Impossible Goal
I should spend less time watching TV

I know that life is 50/50 and there will always be something to work on, but I also wish I could be ok with where I’m at sometimes instead of putting more expectations on myself. Please help! Thank you.
