Having trouble with A and R lines

I’m working on writing out my unintentional models, and keep running into issue with Action and Result. I seem to want to put feelings and thoughts into it.

I liked the cues for Circumstance – it can be proven in a court of law, or Thoughts – What are you thinking about this circumstance or Feelings – single word that describes vibration in your body.
But when it comes to Action, I feel like I don’t have a good cue that can help me past not being able to write a good model. Same with result. I know in the workbook it says: result always confirms the thoughts and is always about you. But that is easier said than done.

Here is an example of the model:
C: I am in a long distance relationship with a man
T: I got divorced not that long ago, and I think am making a mistake dating someone and getting serious with him so soon after. I should probably have this time to myself. At the same time, he’s a wonderful man that I love and want to get serious with.
F: Unsure/torn
A: Some days I actively avoid talking to him, trying to reclaim my independence and actively look for confirmation that he’s not the one for me. Other days I call and text him all the time and express my feelings, and look for all the good things in the relationship that I get excited about. I don’t let him know how I feel when that flip flop happens.
R: Dissatisfied with how I handle a relationship, not being fully committed to either making it work or letting it go.
