He is with her

I’ve been doing models on my thoughts about my relationship and am stuck on one. It is my thought about how my partner thinks and feels, and though I intellectually know that my thought may not be true, I can’t come up with a better-feeling, intentional model that feels believable. “That may be true and I can handle it” is the best I can do.

Is this because my T is my thought about his thought, or because I haven’t found the right intentional thought yet?

C – He is staying with her now
T – He is blissfully happy with her and will never want to be with me again
F- Jealousy
A – I want to control him, so he will decide he doesn’t want her and come back to me
R – If I acted on that, it would push him further away
