Heavy Cream in Coffee

Hi! Just curious – Do you have cream in your coffee because it’s a preference and you just like it better or is it beneficial for you to have the added fat in the morning? When I first went no sugar, no flour – I completely cut out coffee because I really only liked it as a latte or mocha. I just decided to add it back and have been drinking Americanos, which I surprising really like. Just wondering if adding in the cream is beneficial from a weight perspective. Thank you!
