Help Getting Back on Track

I’ve lost 10lbs since joining Scholars in August but I’ve been hanging out between 140-145 for the past 6 weeks, on a goal of 125lbs. I’ve been so happy with the initial weight loss, but it was exhausting doing so much mental and emotional management so I’ve been happily seeking comfort in a good amount of weight loss. I’ve still been eating no sugar and flour and keeping an 8/16 time restricted eating window, but I haven’t been very focused on the amount I’ve been eating so have stayed stagnant. Finding the compelling reason and motivating myself to keep moving forward seems tough – especially as I’m in a pretty great place. I know it would great to be in an even BETTER place by moving more toward my goal (and ultimately getting there!) but the motivation is low right now.
