I was in charge of a simple nativity tonight. I wasn’t prepared enough for it to go smoothly. I’m wondering if there is a worksheet like the one you have called “write it down-learn-move on” in the weight loss program.
I NEED to go through the process afterward to learn how to be more prepared….kind of like writing down mess ups in eating after the fact and eventually being able to be in tune enough to notice bf hand what needs to happen to get me to a place of actually being prepared.
This, in general, is a huge stumbling block in my life…being late…not being ready…..
