Help me start!


I just can’t figure out exactly how to start. I joined the program to start working on over drinking. I’ve been at it for 4 days now. I have been doing the drink plan every day. What I can’t figure out is where the model and the thought download are incorporated into this. I used to do “morning pages” where I would hand write 3 pages in the morning of free form thought. Is that like the thought download? And then do I pick a few or one thoughts to do the model on? Should I do this daily? I’m a very task oriented person and it is helpful for me to create habits/rituals for my self change. Thank you!
