Ok. I’m committing to March, after a shaky February. Started my homework today – and I don’t know if my new belief is…..quite right. I have two, but have kind of combined them. Can I just ask if it sounds like I’m on the right track? Here it is:
I don’t desire wine and I don’t need food for pleasure or comfort
And then I tried:
My life is too good for wine and comfort eating.
Neither of them feel quite spot on…..but my major goal for this whole year is to get past my obsession/preoccupation with my buffers of choice alcohol and food.
