C-My best friend (and pretty much only friend) and I haven’t talked for 3 weeks

T-I should contact her, but Social relationships take too much effort, and I have to give too much of myself.

F-Guilt, FOMO

A-AVOIDANCE, putting communication off. I’m too easygoing when together; I fall off plan, do things I normally wouldn’t like, drink more, stay out later than planned. Feel awkward when together.

R-Dissatisfied by relationships/ feel distant, different, unattached.
I allow people in my life to pull me away from all of my life efforts.
