Here’s what originally came out:
C: my appearance
T: I am ugly
F: worthless, repulsive
A: hide, try not to let anyone see me
R: no beauty?

Then I revised:
C: my appearance
T: I am ugly
F: worthless, repulsive
A: avoid my appearance
R: don’t find my beauty

New model:
C: my appearance
T: I can choose to feel beautiful
F: relief, joy
A: do self coaching
R: find my beauty / feel beautiful?
