Hello, coaches! I could use some model help. I bought a goal planner workbook last year and haven’t used it. It’s been sitting on my desk for a year, but I just can’t bring myself to throw it away.
C – A goal planner I haven’t written in
T – I should be using it
F – Guilt
A – Don’t use it, don’t throw it away, don’t get the usefulness of using it, don’t get the uncluttered desk
R – ?
What’s the result of the thought? I should be using it, but I just don’t. Is the R just that I’m not telling myself the truth? Which is “I don’t really want to use it”.
