Help with a thought/model


During my last coaching session, we were discussing wanting to be better and not doing enough. I was asked what is good enough and I didn’t have an answer except that I’m not good enough now….yikes. Also, expectations were discussed and I didn’t know my expectations but I “know” I’m not meeting them.

I started the model below with the T line.

C – I’m alive
T – I’m not good enough
F – unimportant (so many more feelings)
A – no action
R – small life

Can you suggest other ways to help unwind this thought?
