Help with goal setting

I need a bit of help with goal setting.

I love the impossible goal, but it’s supposed to be one thing. I have many things I want to accomplish in the next year.

I love what Brooke says about doing a five year impossible goal and then becoming that person by practicing the thoughts / feelings / beliefs that would be needed to achieve it. I absolutely love this.

But then, how do I translate that into a workable annual / quarterly plan? Is there an episode or class that talks about this?
