Help with "How to Have a Better Life" Workbook Question #6: Take one of your current negative thoughts and bring it to neutral below.

C: Husband told me we shouldn’t talk to people in the parking lot of a store in the evening when it’s dark out.
T: He thinks I’m stupid and ignorant, and he shouldn’t tell me what to do
F: Annoyed
A: Act cold and loveless, don’t communicate about it because I am ashamed for being hurt or affected by something he said that I know is insignificant
R: Negative atmosphere with no love

Okay… so how do I make the thought neutral? My initial answer that I wrote down, which was supposed to be the thought, was just the neutral fact (circumstance) of what he said to me. Am I answering the question right?
