Help with intentional model


Hi there! Here’s a model I did for a circumstance last night. I’d love help coming up with an intentional model so I can show my brain another way to think about this the next time I face a pint of ice cream. ๐Ÿ˜‰

C: I ate a pint of vanilla ice cream last night.
T: This tastes so good, I donโ€™t want to stop.
F: Desire
A: I eat the entire pint.
R: I weigh the same the next day; I donโ€™t lose any weight; I feel disappointed in myself for not following my plan.
