Help with ladder thoughts

Hello coaches

I have been dealing with general anxiety and I kinda have created a big deal out of this situation. I feel that there is something wrong with me and I shouldn’t be feeling anxious. Probably I have been feeling anxious always but now that I have label it makes me think there is something terribly wrong. I’m not able to believe thought ‘Anxiety is normal human emotion.’ Can you help me with some bridge thoughts I can practice.
