Having trouble with my circumstance of my model. I’ve seen how getting a neutral circumstance really helps me naturally the the thought go. But I’ve done this model a lot and haven’t gotten any better at leaving this thought.
C: goal to stop eating sugar flour
T: I’ll quit, I won’t be able to do it when it gets hard
A: not all in, don’t strictly follow protocol, half ass the work, don’t weigh myself, make excuses, stop protocol for a few days then start up again
R: get better at quitting, no progress on my goal
Any thoughts on my circumstance and or result line would be helpful. I know intellectually the T is a thought but it feels true more often than not.
