I’m trying to create a daily practice with the model that helps me realize my thoughts. I am just starting to model daily.
The result is the most challenging part for me. Could you give me tips for finding the result and check these 2 models?
C: I took a walk at 5:25 am
T: My morning walk no longer feels new
F: boredom
A: I decided to feel my feeling and walk anyway.
R: I got closer to my goal
C: Boredom
T: I hate feeling bored
F: resistance
A: try to figure out how to feel excited instead of bored
R: reinforce the thought that boredom is bad.
