I keep having trouble with my Action and Result lines of the model.

This morning I did a thought download about staffing issues in my office.

C – Work
T – We’ll never be able to find a good medical assistant.
F – Frustrated
A – Think about leaving my job.
R – I’m unhappy about work & considering leaving.

As I think about it, maybe the A and R are different.

A – Complain to my husband & he suggests that we move and find new jobs.
R – I’m considering moving and finding another job.

I’m just not sure that this is a good model.
