I struggle with coming up with an actual circumstance for this particular model

C- I just go through the motions at work.
T- I am not good at my job
F- imposter
A- I beat myself up. I want to quit. I withdraw from any enjoyment my job can bring. I do not do the work to further educate myself.
R- I do not have any confidence in myself.
