Help with Model

Hi Brooke,

I am working hard on the homework this month to try and practice and APPLY the Model. Am I on the right track? BTW, listened to Jill Bolte Taylor on Super Soul Sunday and her experience coincides with a lot of what you teach in SCS! 🙂

Unintentional Thought Pattern
C: Ate ice cream last night
T: I’m weak
F: Bad
A: Don’t follow food plan, give up
R: Gain weight

Intentional Thought Pattern:
C: Ate ice cream last night
T: I made a choice
F: Neutral
A: Stay on Food Plan next day
R: Lose weight
