Help with model on anxiety


Yesterday I did a model on the anxiety I was feeling going back to work and could use some help with my intentional model. Here was my work:

UNINTENTIONAL MODEL
C: Going back to work after 2 week holiday break
T: I am anxious to go back to work
F: Anxiety
A: Buffer
R: More anxiety going back to work (from buffering)

INTENTIONAL MODEL
C: Going back to work after 2 week holiday break
T: My thoughts are causing me to be anxious to go back to work
F: More neutral???
A: Awareness of my thoughts
R: ????

I struggled with the intentional model because while it gave me a little space between me and my anxiety, it did not provide much relief and I ended up buffering with alcohol which gave temporary relief but then did indeed cause more anxiety in addition to regret and shame.

Do you have any suggesting for thoughts for my intentional model that may help get a better R?
