A – Buffered watching TV, lashed out at my daughter when approaching me without a reason. Avoided contact with both my daughter and husband, withdrawing behavior. Googled articles about binge eating. Watched videos about binge eating disorder. Judged myself.
R – I keep buffering and eating off protocol.
