Help with my Model (Food related)


It’s my second month with Scholars and I’m resuming my work on Stop Overeating. I’m still trying to figure out the best eating window but usually eat between 2pm to 8pm. I include some sweet foods in my protocol as Exceptions.
C Ate a Brownie off plan
T When I eat something sweet I always end up eating more
F Urge
A Went to shop to buy ice cream and a pack of granola bars which I ate (later in the day outside my eating window)
R Ended up eating more

What would be a good thought to have to help me process the Urge?
