I have some trouble identifying the R in my models. Here’s one today, I started with the F.

C: CCP starting in a week
T: I’ve made the wrong decision
F: Unsettled
A: Buffer by social media, Netflix, and games
R: (Is this the result – I’m making wrong decision in the present now?)
