Help with R line for “I have to”

Hello, coaches! I just accepted a position with another company, and I am creating panic and overwhelm around the resignation of my current job and current job. I’m having a lot of “I have to” thoughts: I have to call Kim to tell her as soon as possible, I have to create a transition plan, etc. I could use some help with the R line:
C job resignation
T I have to call Kim as soon as possible
F panic (chest tightening, stomach contracting)
A overthink what to say, then panic about the transition plan, overthink about what to do, I don’t actually call Kim
R ?

What R does “I have to call Kim” create because I’m not actually calling her, even though “I have to call Kim” is in my T line.

Thank you for your help!
