Help with Result.


Hello coaches. Getting stuck on this model and looking for some input.

C: drank 7 sangria
T: I drank too much (and I shouldn’t have)
F: disappointed
A: imagine what others might or might not be thinking, judge myself relentlessly, make excuses for the drinking
R: ??? look for evidence that I drank too much?????????

I am getting stuck on Result in this model. I must confess that in learning this work and trying to be more aware of what I’m thinking and feeling I find I am often harder on myself than I was before. Perhaps it’s just being more aware of WHAT I’m thinking about myself brings it to the forefront more often? I am hoping to get to a place of greater compassion for my shared humanness. Thanks in advance for your input.
