I seem to be struggling with my results line. I’m having a difficult time coming up with the result. As a fall back, could I always put: “Teach brain that… or I create evidence that…?”

C: Dreamt about ex-husband
T: Can’t believe I’m still having dreams about him
F: Dismayed
A: Judged myself for dreaming about him
R: Taught brain that it’s not ok to dream about ex
